Jensen Koo

Mr. Koo has extensive real world sales experience that spans over fifteen years. His work experience includes both start-ups and multi-nationals. He started out his career as an investment banker on Wall Street, but was drawn into the technology world during the dotcom boom. Coming back to Singapore in the late 90s, Jensen started his IT career with Magnus Management Consultants, quickly becoming Head of the eBusiness Practice within two years. With the experience gained in selling new technologies to corporates in Asia, Jensen moved into a full-time sales role with Ariba, the leading B2B provider of ecommerce solutions, where he managed the Malaysian operations.

After gaining experience in sales leadership, Jensen transitioned to PeopleSoft as the Singapore Country Manager where he became the leading sales manager across Asia Pacific with year-on-year achievement of over 150% quota for both software and professional services.

Transition to mid-sized and early growth companies

After spending close to nine years working for multi-nationals, Jensen decided to work with mid-sized and early growth companies that were looking to expand into Asia. Jensen had tremendous success working in senior roles with companies such as Vice President, Asia Pacific, OILspace; Vice President, Strategic Alliances, Cramer Systems (acquired by Amdocs); Director, Emerging Markets, Primavera Systems (acquired by Oracle); and General Manager, Asia Pacific, Objective Corporation, where he grew their businesses regionally, achieving record growth every year.


Mr. Koo has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Flinders University of South Australia, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He was also sponsored by PeopleSoft into the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School in 2001.
